Katie Robert's adaption on bagel ships |
This recipe originally came from my friend Sue Ziegler. She will note some minor changes but it is always a crowd pleaser. Especially a good recipe for showers, teas, etc.
The photo was provided by Katie Roberts with her personal touch. She used bagel chips!!
- 1 cucumber (peel and slice into rounds)
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 cup of mayo
- 1 pkg dry Italian salad dressing (like Good Seasons)
- 8 oz. sour cream
- cocktail bread (the cute little loaves)
- also has been made with bagel bites and bread cut with cookie cutters
- dried dill weed
Note this recipe makes a lot of creamy spread. You may want to have extra ingredients on hand to make more if you are expecting a crowd or use the remainder as a dip. (Two appetizers in one).

Looks yummy! I think I may try it with my own spices. They're so cute.
