This is an easy crock pot recipe. My family loves it in sandwiches.
1 pork roast
salt
pepper
Season the pork roast with salt / pepper and place in the crock pot.
Cook 4-6 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low. Every crock pot varies but you'll know it's done when it is tender. You can then drain off fat, remove any bones and shred with two forks. If it doesn't shred easily you need to cook longer.
We serve on buns with our favorite barbecue sauce. It would also be tasty with cole slaw as a condiment.
