Brie Appetizer

My friend Charla brought this recipe to a girls' night several years back. I loved the taste and was pleased to see how easy it was to prepare.

Frozen mini Phyllo cups

Brie with the rind removed and cut into small chucks
nuts, chopped (walnuts, almonds or pecans)
brown sugar

Place a chunk of brie into each cup. Sprinkle brown sugar into each cup and top with a sprinkle of nuts.
Cook the tarts in a 350 degree oven until shell is brown and cheese slightly melts.
