Oven Roasted Cauliflower


A side dish easy enough for everyday but tasty enough for company.

cauliflower florets (bite size)
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
 In a prepared* roasting dish toss all the ingredients except the Parmesan cheese which you will sprinkle over after baking 15 minutes.

* To ease in clean up line baking dish with foil or the foil/parchment paper combo.

Hey Jan!
Just recently I tried roasted broccoli. Oh my goodness! That is the ONLY way I'll eat it now. Last week I added cauliflower. Personally, I think I'd like them separate. I'm going to try your recipe with the lemon juice and parmesan cheese! I think this would be fantastic!
btw, great seeing you in "my" Publix this past week! :-)
