Reuben Dip

This dip will remind you of the Reuben sandwich. If you like the popular deli sandwich you'll like this dip! 

6 ounces sauerkraut (drained and rinsed)
8 ounces cream cheese
2 cup (8 oz) shredded Swiss cheese
3 ounces corn beef (chopped)
3 tablespoons Thousand Island dressing

Rye Bread cut into dip sizes pieces or crackers


Combine the first five ingredients and warm in the microwave or crock pot. You can also start in the microwave and serve in the mini crock pot.

Serve with the bread or crackers.
