Garlicy Spaghetti Squash

 This is a quick, easy and healthy dish. Enjoy!!

1 Spaghetti Squash, halved
1 Onion, chopped
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 clove garlic
3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled

Microwave each half of the squash for five minutes.
Saute garlic and onion in oil until soft.
Use a fork to shred and remove pulp from squash.
Combine in a serving bowl the squash, with saute mix
including oil and feta cheese.
Enjoy!
