Pineapple Augratin

This is Deb Crawford's recipe.
Deb served this savory pineapple to a group of our girl friends and immediately we had to have the recipe. I think you will agree the pineapple cheese combination is delicious.

2 - 20 oz cans of pineapple chunks or tidbits (drained)
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 stick melted butter
8 tablespoons flour
1 stack Ritz crackers - crushed
8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese

Combine pineapple, flour, and cheese.
Pour mixture in a greased 9" x 13" baking dish and top with cracker crumbs.
Pour melted butter over the entire mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 - 20 minutes.
