Thank you pinterest again!!! I found a recipe similar to this and with a few adaptions a sandwich we loved was created!! Also like the technique for cooking the chicken for other recipes!!
These quantities make 5 -6 sandwiches.
2 boneless chicken breasts
Bottled Ceaser Salad Dressing
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
Black Pepper
Romaine Lettuce Leaves
Hamburger Buns
Place chicken breasts in a crock pot with 2 cups of water and cook on low for 4 - 5 hours, until tender enough to shred.
- Discard water
- Shred Chicken
- Add salad dressing to chicken. (I just did to taste.)
- Add shredded Parmesan cheese to chicken. (Again I did to taste.)
- Make a sandwich and top with lettuce.
- Serve with extra paremesan cheese and salad dressing. (Just in case someone doesn't agree with your taste!)
