Crab legs in a restaurant can be quite pricey but don't be fooled they are very easy to prepare at home.
I recommend this as a quick, impressive, different meal.
- Place a steamer basket in the bottom of a large pot with several inches (just below the basket) of water.
- Bring the water to a boil,
- Place the crab legs in the pot on top of the basket and cover with a tight lid.
- Steam the entree for 7 minutes.
- Serve with melted butter!
