Glazed Baby Carrots



Baby Carrots are usually in our refrigerator and when you add the remaining ingredients I can usually pull together this recipe with ease. Give it a try!!

1 pound baby carrots
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt

Bring a saucepan of water to a boil.
Add carrots to the boiling water and cook until tender (8 - 10 minutes).
Drain the water from the pan - returning the carrots to the pans.
Add butter, cinnamon, sugar and salt to the carrots.
Stir until all the a sauce is created and coats all the carrots.
