Strawberry - Angel Food Trifle

I recently saw a recipe similar to this on pinterest and knew it was exactly what Rich would like for his birthday. If you are looking for a delicious, light, quick and easy to prepare dessert this will fit the bill. I bought everything pre-made and it went together easily. I even bought Swiss Miss pudding cups since box pudding would have prepared more than needed.

1 angel food cake (torn into bite size pieces)
4 cups of vanilla pudding
16 oz cool whip
1 package of frozen strawberries (thawed)
4 fresh strawberries (optional)
1 can of whip cream (optional) 

Start laying in a large bowl the cake, pudding, cool whip and thawed frozen berries repeating the layers ending with a layer of  cool whip.
I garnished with whipped cream and fresh berries although that is optional.
