Dijon Chicken Kabobs


Combine and place in a shallow bowl:

1/2 cup Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion

Cut:

Boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 3/4 inch cubes


Place in a second bowl:

Italian seasoned Bread Crumbs (like Progresso Bread Crumbs)

Dip chicken cubes in mustard /onion then bread crumbs. Thread chicken on shish-ka-bob skewers. Grill or broil shish-ka-bobs until juices run clear.
