Miron Salad


Over 20 years ago I attended a party at Gerry and Jan Miron's house. This salad was served and I had to have the recipe. Fortunately Jan shared it. I hope you'll enjoy it as much as we have!

  • Approximately 2 cups of fresh broccoli, cut into bite size pieces
  • Approximately 2 cups of fresh cauliflower, cut into bite size pieces
  • 8 hard boiled eggs, chopped
  • 3/4 pound of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/2 cup of raw onion, chopped
  • 2 cups of mayonnaise
Combine all of the ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
