- 1- 2 pound of fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup of Progresso Italian Bread crumbs (0r similar)
- 1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash of pepper
Remove stems of mushrooms and chop the stems, reserving the caps.
Mix the chopped stems with the remaining ingredients.
Stuff the mushroom caps with the mixture. Bake the stuffed caps by broiling for 5 minutes or until browned.
