This refreshing salad was developed by my friend Ann Haggerty many years ago. She shared the recipe with me and it always receives rave reviews.
- Fresh sliced tomatoes
- Sliced onions
- Sliced cucumbers
- Sevens Seas salad dressing (made per the instructions)
- Parmesan Cheese
- Garlic Powder
Sprinkle the veggies with garlic powder.
Drench veggies in salad dressing.
Allow salad to marinade 4 hr to overnight.
Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese before serving.
