Basic Meatloaf
2 pounds hamburger
1 egg
1/4 cup ketchup
1/4 cup milk
1 envelope Lipton dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup dry Italian bread crumbs (like Progresso)
Combine all of the ingredients.
Remember to handle gently or you will have a tough meatloaf.
Place in a meatloaf pan or form into a loaf shape and put on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Again do not pack down or will be tough.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
