Deviled Eggs

Deviled Eggs are always a favorite. The family always enjoys these. I know there are many recipes with variations and we'd love to try any you have made. Send us your variations!!

-  hard boil the desired number of eggs
- carefully cut the eggs in half diagonally
- gently scoop out the yolk
- place yolks in a bowl with a tablespoon or so of grated onion and enough mayonnaise to create a thick paste when all the ingredients are mashed together.
- scoop (or pipe) the eggs mixture back into the eggs and serve. We usually like to sprinkle with paprika to  make the eggs pretty!
