Garlic Dip

Yum, yum, yum! That's all I really need to say.

You do need to make this dip in advance and let it "mellow" in the refrigerator at least two hour. I prefer to make it the day before and let it "do it's stuff" over night.

2 cups mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
3 good size garlic cloves, minced (I use the equivilent jarred minced garlic)
5 tablespoons dry, fine bread crumbs (like Progresso)
1/4 cup fine, ground almonds (just run thru the mini food processor)

Thoroughly combine all the ingredients. Place in the bowl you plan to serve in, Cover the bowl and place in the refrigerator at least tow hours (but I recommend over night).

Serve with crackers!!
