This is a side dish that breaks up the "same old, same old". The recipe can be made with sugar free pudding mix and skim milk if you are looking for a low calorie alternative.
1 small package vanilla pudding mix
1 - 11 oz.can mandarin oranges
1 - 8 oz. can chunk pineapple
2 cups milk
Make the pudding. Serve in a small bowl layered with the fruit.
