Mock Devonshire Cream

Do you need a spread to serve with scones, muffins, etc.? This is a nice spread that will compliment your baked goods.

8 ounces cream cheese
1 plus tablespoon confectioner's sugar
1/2 cup sour cream

Stir cream cheese into the powdered sugar. Add sour cream and stir until thoroughly combined.
