Pineapple Cheese Ball

This recipe is one of the first appetizers I have recorded in my recipes! I am an appetizer enthusiast and remember fondly making this as a young bride a long way from home in Florida. 


2 - 8 oz cream cheese
1 - cup diced green bell pepper
2 - tablespoons minced onion
1 - teaspoon seasoning salt
1 - 8 oz can crushed pineapple - drained
chopped nuts

Combine all ingredients and shape into a ball and roll in nuts or place in a serving bowl.
Serve with crackers!!
