Rhonda' Bavarian Heart Recipe

Rhonda is very creative and this is another one of her fun and fabulous recipes! It is light and pretty!

1 pk Unflavored Gelatin
3/4 cup cold water
2/3 cup suagr
1 cup fat free sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups cool whip
1 oz frozen raspberries,defrosted
1 tablespoon corn starch
1 tablespoon sugar

In a small pan sprinkle gelatin over cold water. Let stand for 2 minutes then add suagr, cook and stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat. Whisk in sour cream and vanilla. Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Fold in whip topping. Pour into a 4 cup mold (sprayed with Pam). Refrigerate until set.
Topping: Drain raspberries saving juices. Add enough water to juices to yield 3/4 cup. Add corn starch and 1 tablespoon sugar to the juice and bring to a boil cooking until thick. Let cool, then add raspberries. When ready to serve pour raspberries over mold.
