Sour Cream Muffins

This recipe is an easy prep muffin I found through Paula Deen's cook book. We first made it for Thanksgiving several years back but the ease of preparation allows for it to be made for any meal.

2 cups self rising flour
2 sticks melted butter
1/2 pint sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Thoroughly combine all of the ingredients and spoon into ungreased muffin tins.
Bake until lightly brown - 30 minutes.
