Years ago we have Friday night parties with the Crawford's. This recipe was a result of our fun Friday evenings with the kids! It is large enough to satisfy a hungry group!
2/3 cup finely crushed tortilla chips
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup cottage cheese
3 - 8 oz. cream cheese
4 eggs
10 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz can green chilies
8 oz sour cream
8 oz jalepeno cheddar dip
chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup sliced black olives

Combine he tortilla crumbs and melted butter.
Press the mixture into a spring form pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Place cottage cheese in a blender and process until smooth.
In a bowl combine cottage cheese and cream cheese.
One at a time add eggs to cream cheese/cottage cheese mixture.
Stir in cheddar cheese and green chilies.
Pour mixture into spring form pan over baked crust.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
Combine 8 oz. sour cream and the jalapeno cheese dip - spread on top - return to oven for 10 minutes.
Loosen ring.
Cool.
Top with tomatoes, sour cream, and black olive.
If you have left overs or are not serving immediately store in refrigerator.
