Dried Beef Vegetable Dip

Here is another oldie but goodie I received from my mother. This recipe delivers a heartly dip for vegetables or cubed bread.

8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped green pepper
1 package finely chopped dried beef
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup sour cream
black pepper to taste

Mix  all ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or microwave 3 minutes.
