Stuffed Italian Shells

Who doesn't like Italian? This can be served with homemade sauce or jarred.

6 ounces - Jumbo Pasta Shells
1 pound Ricotta Cheese
4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/16 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
spaghetti sauce

Cook pasta shells in boiling water for 9 minutes.
Combine the ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, salt. pepper, and optional nutmeg.
Put a thin layer of sauce in a baking dish. Stuff shells with cheese mixture and place shells in a single layer over the sauce. Cover the shells with remaining sauce.
Bake at 350 degrees 30 minutes.
