Swiss Baked Corn

This is different and satisfy twist on baked corn. The flavor is great!

16 oz can whole kernel corn (drained)
5 1/2 oz can evaporated milk
1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 eggs - beaten
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 cup soft bread crumbs
2 tablespoons melted butter

Combine corn, milk, 3/4 cup cheese,  eggs, onion, and a dash of black pepper in a oven proof dish.
Toss the bread crumbs with the melted butter and 1/4 cup cheese.
Sprinkle cheese/bread mixture over the casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees 25 -30 minutes.
