Roasted Potatoes

Potatoes - cut into bite size pieces

Combine:
1/3 cup mustard
1/3 cup melted butter
2 cloves minced garlic
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Mix potatoes with the mustard mixture to thoroughly coat.
Place potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Bake at 450 degrees for 45 minutes.
