Taffy Apple Pizza

Fun, unique and tasty!

1 package of peanut butter cookies mix
8 oz. package of cream cheese
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 Granny Smith Apples
Lemon-Lime soda
Carmel Ice Cream Syrup
Chopped peanuts

Make cookie mix according to the directions on the package and roll out into one big round cookie.

Place the dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet. Bake until is golden brown. Cool!

Combine the cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla stirring until smooth. Spread over the COOL cookie leaving the edge plain (like a pizza crust). Core apples and chop into small bite size pieces. Soak the apple pieces in lemon lime soda for several minutes - this will eliminate the apples turning brown. Sprinkle the apples over the pizza. Then sprinkle the pizza with chopped peanuts.

Serve by cutting into wedges like a pizza.
