Crock Pot - Cheesey Scalloped Potatoes


I was looking for a potato dish that could be ready and waiting for the rest of the meal! There is nothing more frustrating than the last minute rush when preparing a meal. I found this recipe in Pinterest and was very pleased with the results.

1 cup sour cream
1 can condensed cream of potato soup
1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
2 pounds of red potatoes
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon paprika  

Spray crock pot with cooking spray.
In a large mixing bowl combine soup, Worcestershire sauce, and sour cream.
Thinly slice potatoes into the mixing bowl.
Stir to coat all the slices.
Spoon half of the potato mixture into the crock pot.
Top with 3/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
Add remaining potatoes.
Top with 3/4 cup of cheddar cheese.

Cook 3 1/2 hours - 4 1/2 hour on high or 7 - 8 hours on low.
