Easy Every Day Chicken
This recipe has been published by Helman's for years. It really is easy and fast!
Mayonnaise
Parmesan Cheeses (grated)
Dry Italian Bread Crumbs
Boneless Chicken Breasts
Combine 1 part Parmesan cheese with 2 parts mayonnaise. For 3 chicken breasts 1 used 1/2 cup mayo and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheeses and still had a little left over. Place chicken in the baking dish. Spread mayo/Parmesan mixture in a thin layer on the breasts. Sprinkle with a layer of bread crumbs that cover the breasts.
Bake at 425 degrees until breasts are brown, approximately 20 -30 minutes!
