Warm Crab Dip





I do love dips and crab so this is one of my favorites. I received this recipe back in the early days of my marriage. It's easy to throw together. I think you'll enjoy it.


  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon creamed horseradish
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 6 1/2 oz can flaked crab meat
  • a dash of Tabasco sauce
  • a dash of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped onion
  • 1 small package of slivered almonds
Preheat oven to 375 degrees or prepare following to put in the microwave.
Combine all ingredients except the almonds and put in an oven proof or micrwave proof dish.
Top the dip with almonds. Microwave until warm and bubbly or bake 15 minutes.

Serve with wheat thins or your favorite cracker.
