This is a great side dish. It's naturally low in calories but if you use fat free mayonnaise you can count it as four servings with one Weigh Watcher's point per serving!
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sweetener
2 Granny Smith apples, diced
2 cups of match stick carrots
1 stick of celery, chopped - optional
Combine the first three ingredients to form a sauce. Add the remaining ingredients to the sauce and toss until coated. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
