You may be surprised but I got this recipe off of a pasta box several years ago. The recipe sounded good and worth a try. We liked it and I think you will too!
1/2 cup Italian Salad Dressing
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
cucumber chopped into bite size pieces
1 cup of cherry tomatoes - quartered
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/3 cup chopped onion
6 oz. ruffled noodles cooked and rinsed in cool water
Combine dressing, salt , pepper, and lemon juice.
Toss the dressing with the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
Cover and chill to blend the flavors.
