This is nice appetizer. I had nothing in my recipes quite like it. It was nice to have a good tasting, hearty offering.
4 ounces soft cream cheese
prepared horseradish
16 bite size rye bread pieces (cut your own or but the party breads)
1/4 pound deli roast beef slices
grape tomatoes (cut in half)
dash each of salt and pepper
sour cream
Combine the cream cheese and horseradish until you reach the taste you prefer, probably several tablespoons. Spread the mixture on your rye bread. Top the mixture with an adequate amount of beef then a small dollop of sour cream and a tomato half. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
