I really like water chestnuts. The crunch of the chestnuts really adds to this chicken casserole.
3 cups cooked chicken, cubed
4 oz can mushrooms, drained
8 oz can water chestnuts, drained
10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
4 oz. herb flavored dry stuffing
1/2 cup water 1/4 cup butter, melted
Spray a casserole dish with Pam.
Combine chicken, mushrooms and water chestnuts - poor into the casserole.
Combine soup and milk - pour into the casserole.
Combine stuffing, water and melted butter - top casserole.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
