Chocolate Nut Fudge

Grandpa Greene loved fudge. I always noticed him enjoying this recipe.

3 cups of sugar
3/4 cup of margarine or butter
2/3 cup (5 oz.) evaporated milk
12 ounces of semi sweet chocolate chips
7 ounces of marshmallow creme
1 cup of chopped nuts
1 teaspoon vanilla

Combine sugar, margarine, and evaporated milk in a sauce pan. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly and allow to boil five minutes. Remove pan from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour hot mixture into a pan lined with foil. Cool, cut and enjoy!!
