Grandma Greene's Veggie Dip

Grandma received this recipe from an old friend in Ohio years ago. It has with stood the test of time. The flavor is unique and always receives compliments.

Combine:
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
dash black pepper

Blend the following in a blender:
1/4 cup green onions
1/4 cup radishes
1/4 cucumber (seeds removed, minced and squeezed as dry as possible)
1/4 cup green bell pepper
1 clove garlic

Once the blender mixture is blended to a smooth consistency squeeze to remove as much liquid as possible.

Mix the two combinations.
You could serve now but if you let it sit in the refrigerator over night it gets better!

Serve with crackers, vegetables, etc.
