Yearly each Bunko Babe hosts our monthly game. The hostess always serves us a yummy meal. Laura Marcley served these rather easy potatoes and I quickly added it to our rotation.
1 envelope of dry Lipton Onion soup
2 -4 potatoes cut in bites size pieces
1/3 cup vegetable or olive oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine dry mix and oil.
Coat potatoes with mixture. (I like to shake it all in a zip lock bag.)
Line a baking sheet with foil.
Place potatoes on sheet in a single layer.
Can also be made with refrigerated cided poataoes (20 oz).
Reduce oil to 2 tablespoons.
Bake until golden (18 -20 minutes).
