Orange - Pecan Brie

Christmas brings out our favorite dishes. My mother introduced us to this flavorful appetizer a couple Christmases ago. It is delightful and easy!

13 oz brie (round) - slice off the top
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/3 cup toasted pecans - chopped
2 tablespoons brown sugar

Place brie on an oven proof dish.
Combine brown sugar and marmalade.
Pour over the brie.
Top with pecans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
Serve hot with crackers, apples, etc.
