Salmon with cucumber sauce

Here is another healthy option. Once again I found this recipe in a Weight Watchers' cookbook (5 points). You will note I will tag this recipe in sauces because the cucumber sauce is delicious, easy and very versatile.

1 large lemon juiced (or 1/4 cup bottled juice)
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt
1 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cucumber, seeded and finely diced
4 - 6 oz salmon steaks, 1/2" thick

Spray a broiler pan with cooking spray. (Can also be cooked on the grill.)
Combine lemon juice, sour cream, yogurt, dill, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Add diced cucumber to sauce.
Place salmon on broiler pan or grill and sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt.
Cook until light brown and opaque in the center (3 - 4 minutes per side).
Sprinkle with remaining 1/8 teaspoon salt and serve with sauce!
