Colored Deviled Eggs

Add pizazz to your favorite recipe of deviled eggs. I made these for Easter but the possibilities are endless for showers, school colors, etc. The food coloring doesn't effect the flavor. It is just a fun idea I saw on Pinterest. I will admit I got impatient and upped the numbers of drops in my coloring solution resulting in deep colors. The Pinterest post was 3 drops and resulted in a pastel egg.

Food Coloring

Vinegar

Peel hard boiled eggs.
Cut eggs in half and remove yolk.
Mix water, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, and 6 drops of food coloring in cups.
Place the eggs whites in the color and allow to sit until desired color is obtained.
Place colored whites hole side down on paper towels.
Make deviled egg filling as you desire and place in the colored whites!!
