Cucumber Yogurt Sauce
This recipe came from an old Weight Watchers cook book. It is posted as an accompaniment for salmon but you can utilize it in various dishes.
1 large lemon juiced (or 1/4 cup bottled juice)
1/4 cup fat free sour cream
1/4 cup plain low fat yogurt
1 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8teaspoon pepper
1/2 cucumber, seeded and finely diced
Combine lemon juice, sour cream, yogurt, dill, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
Add diced cucumber to sauce.
